2014 Jim Warfield Acting Award

Each year, Haunted House Chicago awards the top actor/actress from that calendar year. The award is named after Jim Warfield of Raven's Grin Inn. Remembering Jim Smith of Niles Haunted Scream Park

We mourn the passing of our long time friend and dedicated volunteer, Jim Smith. Although his real name was only known to a few people, he was an icon at the Niles Haunted Scream Park in Niles, Michigan. For many, many years he worked in the entry room area of the Niles Haunted House as "Betelgeuse." His quick wit and humor was unmatched by any other.  Jim was also very active in the haunted attraction industry.
