We have some hot news coming out of Reapers Realm Haunted House in Hammond, Indiana. One of Chicagoland’s longest-running haunted attractions has announced that this will be their final season. “Reapers Realm Haunted House, the first of its kind and one of the most iconic haunted attractions in Northwest Indiana and the Chicago Metro area, proudly celebrates its 36th and final year of delivering spine-tingling scares. However, this year their season will play out drastically differently than years previous. They will be opening the doors of this 100-year-old stone mansion, to celebrate the community that has so lovingly supported them throughout their duration…for one last party!
“This year, we’re going all out. No holds barred. This is our go big or go home grand finale” stated Reapers Realm Director of Business Development, Nicole Hluska. “So, we ask you – if you could create one room…a horrifyingly spectacular room within a haunted house, what would it be?”
The new format that Reapers Realm will be unveiling for the 2024 haunt season, allows you to go beyond merely envisioning the layout in your mind. They are asking you to physically create it! Reapers Realm is cultivating an ultimate meeting of the minds, where you…yes YOU…can enter a contest, to see if your room is among the “BEST OF THE BEST”!
And the prize? How about an ALL-INCLUSIVE 7 DAY, 6 NIGHT TRIP FOR 4 to the beautiful RIVERIA MAYA, presented by Your Travel Girl – Stacy Bush. The contest is free to enter and is sure to be a ghoulishly good time, that will leave haunting memories for years to come. Simply go to ReapersRealm.com and click on “The Uprising” link. Read and agree to the contest rules and regulations, enter some brief details about your terrifying idea and click submit. The link will be live and contest begins September 12th, with all entries being reviewed through September 24th, and selected contestants contacted by no later than September 25th, 2024.
