Special Event for Jim Warfield and Raven’s Grin Inn – SAVE THE DATE

A legend not only in the Chicagoland haunt community, but throughout our entire industry, Jim Warfield and Raven’s Grin Inn are known far and wide by all those that have haunting in their hearts. Since 1987, Jim Warfield has been guiding groups of tours through his one-of-a-kind 19th century home in Mount Carroll, Illinois. (Approximately 140 miles west of Chicago.) Whisking people through the dark recesses of his mind, Jim not only serves as the designer and decorator, but is also the main star of his attraction. Jim performs multiple vaudeville-esque routines nearly every night of the year. Relying on wit and wisdom, Jim entertains thousands of guests annually with humor and history, and ensures that each patron feels like a part of the family.

Recently, Jim has been affected by some medical challenges which have changed the way in which he can deliver his epic performances. After speaking with his amazing wife, Jessica, who has been by his side for over two decades, as well as the ownership of Haunted Illinois and Lost Souls Chicago, we brainstormed on a way we can bring everyone together to help celebrate (and benefit) Jim, his legacy and impact on the industry, and share memories and laughter with the man, the myth, the legend that is: Mr. Jim Warfield.

We would like to ask you to formally “save the date” for a very special event to be held on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at the Raven’s Grin Inn in Mount Carroll, Illinois. Details are being assembled now, but make sure you get this on your calendar as an event you don’t want to miss!
