PURE TERROR in the form of interactive performance, based loosely on the model of “haunted house”. Gore, adult-content, nudity, and violence. October 26-31-Chicago

This immersive/HIGHLY interactive occult-and Halloween-inspired performance art haunted house is created and hosted by avant-garde working Pilsen artists like: Giuus Boks (Gabriel Godinez), Amelia de Rudder, Julia Zinn, Ryan Greenlee, Lniaagaurcual Di, MK, Damien Shyne, Amy Gillian Wilson, Mar Salgado and others. 

In its FIFTH year running, the themes will be topical, current, and explore with open eyes the deeply horrific reality of our world using a darkly beautiful aesthetic which hovers between the supernatural and the concrete. KEEP IN MIND: the original show’s funding was withdrawn by the city’s Ethics Committee, so the artists decided to “put on a show worthy of the title ‘banned’.”

This Halloween’s theme: “POWERLESS”.
