Post-Halloween “Blackout” Nights at House of Torment and 13th Floor Haunted Houses
Last Shows of the 2016 Season in Complete Darkness: November 4th and 5th
Both nationally celebrated brands of award-winning haunted houses in Chicagoland, House of Torment at 8240 North Austin Avenue in Morton Grove and 13th Floor at 1940 George Street in Melrose Park, will hold two final evenings of shows in complete darkness with their annual “Blackout” nights. On Friday, November 4 and Saturday, November 5 from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., groups of attendees will be given just one glow stick to share and explore the terrifying unknown within the haunts with all the lights turned off.
Both House of Torment and 13th Floor are known for their highly detailed, movie-quality sets and amazing lighting, but for these two last nights of performances, a completely different show will emerge. A full cast of characters will roam the haunts and may appear upon any terrifying turn.
Tickets are $26.99 and may be purchased on site at the box office or online in advance at http://houseoftormentchicago.com/ and http://www.13thfloorchicago.com/. Open to all ages; recommended for attendees 13 and up; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
